🚚 Faulty or Defective Products

  • If your socks arrive faulty, damaged, or not quite what you ordered, email us at info@sportshouse.co.nz with your order number and a couple of photos.
  • Our team will get back to you within 3 working days.
  • You can choose either a replacement (same style, one-for-one) or a full refund.
  • Please note: if the issue is due to misuse, abnormal wear, or incorrect washing, we won’t be able to provide a refund or replacement.

💡 Change of Mind

We understand – sometimes minds change!

  • Just let us know within 7 days of receiving your socks by emailing info@sportshouse.co.nz.
  • Items must be unwashed, clean, and in their original packaging.
  • We’ll review your request within 3 working days.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and check your return.
  • Please note: shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return postage is your responsibility.
